The bank restoration project on the south side of Corwin is now complete, and the trail is open.

The trail is closed between MM15 & MM16, just on the south side of Corwin.  It is fairly easy to ride around the closure by getting off the trail and riding on the road for about 1/2 mile then getting back on the trail.

The river is encroaching on the trail, so construction equipment being used to repair and reinforce this area is blocking the trail.

There are still 3 wooden bridges that need an asphalt top.  Help support the ‘Friends of the Little Miami Valley trail’ by donating to support their efforts to improve the trail.

I rode south to Corwin.  Some tree roots are raising the pavement near Spring Valley Lake.  Most raised sections are marked.  The area of the trail that was slumping down to New Burlington Road (about 0.75 mile north of Corwin) has been repaired.
