Pedal your way through the local landscape alongside the Greene County Parks Trail Sentinels.  All riders must wear a helmet and have lights on their bikes.  These FREE rides will be approximately 20 miles round trip and will be cancelled in the event of thunderstorms.  For ages 18+.  All rides are on Saturday evenings starting at 7 p.m.  Yes, there will be cookies if we are not going to Young’s Dairy.
13 June - Xenia Station to Cedarville - 17 miles
27 June - Xenia Station to 5th 3rd Gazebo - 19 miles
11 July - Oldtown Reserve to Young’s Dairy - 18 miles
25 July - Xenia Station to Cedarville - 17 miles

Ride is still on for tonight.  Radar shows rain moving to the South East of us and the sun shining, with only a 20% chance of rain.  Hope to see some of you there.  rtool

Thanks for the nice ride last Saturday night.  Also thanks for the welcome by the “regulars” since I was the “odd man out”!    And to the others who didn’t come, it didn’t rain, so you missed a good evening. 

Glad to have you along and meet you.  I really enjoy these rides.  Hopefully, the 25th will also be a good weather ride.  It will be a homemade cookie ride.  rtool.

Many thanks to those who stayed behind last night in hopes of repairing my last minute mechanical problem—sorry I wasn’t able to join in the ride— hope it was a good one.

Don’t be Sorry, I am the one that should say I am sorry that we could not get it worked out. My wife and I were the tandem team that tried to help. 
Any group ride is a good ride with us, but when you have a fellow cyclist down, it is not as fun. It would be a lot better if we got it to work.

Sorry I was not able to join everybody last night.  I had some committments that would not allow me to get to the starting point.  So, myself and 3 friends had our own night ride from the station to Cedarville!  Worked well and we had fun as they had never done a night ride.  ( And they had lights, too) Only problem was that there was no cookies or brownies afterward!    Oh well maybe next time…..................

Cathy, did you figure out your problem?  I had a mysterious click start on the Baron last night, drove me crazy.  That’s tomorrows job!
