I received this in a newsletter and thought I would pass it along in case anyone has missed it. 

Tipp City Connected to Troy! – At long last the gap in the Great Miami River Recreation Trail in Miami County between Tipp City and Troy is closed! The trail will be dedicated at 10:00 AM Thursday 30 October, 2008 at the Tipp City Nature Center.

Now if they can finish the section of trail from just north of Taylorsville Dam to this trail we’ll be able to ride from downtown Dayton to Troy.  Looking at a map there seems to be some quiet country roads that would cover the unopened section.  I’m hoping to get out there and check-out this road route soon.
