Born Ft Wayne, IN moved to Mojave, CA at age 10 two years Jr. College in Lancaster, CA finished with BS-Zoology at Arizona State University Assistant TV technician 2 years, moved to Savanna IL to work for Fed. Gov. & transferred to Richmond, Ky after 3 years, then Germany after 3 then back to Savanna after 2, then got out of Ammo Surveillance and into Safety Management, going to Jeffersonville, IN after 6 years, then to Dayton, OH after about 7 years then retired after a total of 37 years fed service Jan ‘08.  Bike commuted at least some times most places.  Anywhere from 4 miles to 12 miles each way.  Rode 2,200 miles June, July and half of August 2008 from Dayton, OH to Wake Forest, NC & return.  Blog at awanabug.spaces.live.com.
