        <p>There&#8217;s a new tool in Google Maps.&nbsp; You can select direction either &#8220;By Car&#8221; or &#8220;Walking.&#8220;&nbsp; Often times, the &#8220;Walking&#8221; directions will provide you a decent road biking route.&nbsp; I&#8217;m told this is because the Walking programming looks to avoid busier streets.&nbsp; Give it a try.</p>
