I like to thank the team at Five Rivers MetroParks for cleaning up the glass on the bike path at Airway Rd.  It was a lot and a few of us cyclist did what we can but they completely removed all the glass.
The request was easy for me. I simply emailed MCD and in turn it was determined that the stretch of path was Five Rivers MetroParks area of concern and once reported the task was done that same day. By the time I was heading home all was cleared.

This morning as I was arriving at Eastwood Park entrance I got there just as Dan was opening up the barricade. I thank him for keeping us commuters in mind. I found that great minds think alike.

It would be nice if the "other" areas of bike paths had a dedicated staff like the teams of Metro Parks and MCD.

We can take the first step by informing them of the areas of our concerns.
