The bollards on the Dayton area cycling

The design of the bollards makes them

Baty Station to Urbana Airport

Ride from Baty Station to Urbana Airport.
Steveko took me North thru Springfield to Urbana. We rode on Springfield streets to miss the glass on the bike trail south of town. Traffic was light and there was no glass. We did find some glass two location on the trail north of downtown. We swept the trail. Steveko didn’t have a broom so he used a shrub branch. What a ‘innovative’ bike rider. The ride was just fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone who hasn’t been to Urbana. Here’s the route we took.

Huffy's woes just part of the cautionary Wal-Mart tale

The fate of Huffy Corp. of Miamisburg is offered as one of the classic cases of what can happen to a company that becomes a Wal-Mart vendor.
Attention Wal-Mart shoppers! There's a dark cloud draped over the silver lining of the low prices you pay at the big-box stores of the world's largest company, BusinessWeek writer Anthony Bianco says.
In "The Bully of Bentonville," Bianco produces the most penetrating examination of Wal-Mart's business practices and their ripple effects in American society that has been published since Wal-Mart watching became a serious pursuit of the business press and academia.
